Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 0 - 3 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
Cancellations 3 - 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
In event of no show, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 18 on Kloof will refund the applicable amount within 3 working days.
18 on Kloof levies a 10 percent administration fee on any credit card refunds processed.
