Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required as confirmation of the booking. The full balance is payable on arrival.
Check in time is from 14:00. Check out time is before 11:00.

Please inform 18 on Kloof of estimated time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 0 – 3 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit.

Cancellations 4 – 28 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit

Cancellations more than 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit

In event of no show, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 18 on Kloof will refund the applicable amount within 7 working days. 18 on Kloof levies a 10 percent administration fee on any refunds processed.

Child Policy

Under 1 year = no charge
Under 12 years = 50% of normal tariff
